Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be in its original packaging.\
Non-Returnable Items:
• Customized products or placards.
• Used or worn merchandise.
• Items damaged due to user actions.
For special cases, such as items like armor that have been used in critical situations (e.g., shot or burnt in the line of duty), please contact us for potential manufacturer replacement programs (if applicable).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Ineligible Returns
We cannot accept returns for:
• Items not in their original condition.
• Items damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@plutoestore.com for assistance.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, we will mail a gift certificate to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified about the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
