Privacy Policy
Who we are
Our website address is: https://www.plutoestore.com. This website is run by John Zavocki, an artist and developer living in the United States. Pluto eStore is a drop-shipping retailer focused on best-selling products. My “umbrella” business is registered as Zavocki Fine Arts, LLC, and that website is https://www.zvkifa.com.
This setup might change in the future—say, if I need to hire other employees. But right now, it’s just me!
Comments
Currently, we don’t allow comments on our site. Social media is the best way to express your thoughts—and I don’t have the capacity to moderate comments.
Cookies
If our comment policy changes and you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. These cookies are for your convenience, so you don’t have to fill in your details again for future comments. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will set up several cookies to save your login information and screen display preferences. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after one day.
Embedded Content From Other Websites
Articles and products on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves the same way as if you had visited the other website directly.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content, including tracking your interaction if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who We Share Your Data With
I use an open-source, trustworthy analytics tracker that is strict about data privacy. I don’t use Google Analytics or other major analytics services because, as a developer, I don’t trust them.
The analytics tracker reports on site usage, such as navigation paths and click behavior. This helps me improve the site by identifying potential frustrations or optimizing important features.
However, that’s where it ends—I will never sell or share your information with third parties.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How Long We Retain Your Data
If you leave a comment (if our policy changes), the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This helps us recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically rather than holding them for moderation.
For users who register on our website (if applicable), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except their username). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.
We retain this information to assist with issues like missed shipments or customer support inquiries.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold, excluding data we are obligated to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where Your Data Is Sent
Visitor comments (if enabled) may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
